Merchant Onboarding

Onboarding is the first step to operate with our Virtual POS for Stablecoins.

1. Registration request

  • Fill out the registration form with your business details:
    Merchant Registration Form (example).
  • We review your request and perform the right configuration.

2. Registration & credentials

  • Once approved, we activate your Virtual POS and deliver integration credentials.
  • You gain access to the sandbox environment to test integration.
  • When ready, you can request production access.

3. Production activation

  • After your request, we provide production credentials.
  • We deploy the smart contracts for the selected networks and tokens.
  • Production access requires completing operational certification.

4. Operational certification

  • We will send you a UAT test sheet with instructions to complete the certification process.
  • As part of the process, you will receive random micro-payments to each wallet you provided.
  • You must confirm the exact amounts received by replying to the email with the completed UAT test sheet.
  • This validates that the wallet addresses are correct and ready for use.
  • Once certification is approved, you will be able to use SP Cuvex in the production environment without limitations.
